The real agate stones inside is flawed. Agate stones peripheral side in general is gray or teal/blue/purple. These bookends are dyed teal/blue/purple to accommodate a variety of decorative themes for books.
Each set of bookends is unique, Due to the natural variation in agate stone, crystals, weight, size, color and shape may vary. If it is damaged during transportation, please let us know and we will provide a solution.
Question: 1- Why the bookend I received is different from the picture?
These are cut from natural agate stones. Some agate stone have many crystals, so the color is light. Some agate stone have few crystals, so the color is dark. They are uneven in size and shape, Some bookends have holes in the center, not solid
Question: 2- How many books are suitable for these books?
2-3 LBS & 3-4 LBS bookends suitable for CD, hardback textbooks, children's books, cooking books, etc. ,
4-6 LBS & 6-8 LBS bookends suitable for magazines, lawyer books, and other medium-weight books.
Question: 3- Why is there a flawed in the bookends I received?
The real agate stones inside is flawed. When you receive them, there may be slight cracks, dents and defects on the surface. If chipping during transportation, you can apply for replacement.
